What if there was no Spotify playlist for Cinematic Lofi Music?
I know there is, no worries.
We all know that one big thing for indie musicians is the genre-specific playlists on Spotify. And it took me ages to get tracks of my own on those playlists. What is the next thing I can do? So I thought of starting my own playlist.
And it’s easier than you might think.
Trust me, it’s really easy to create a playlist on Spotify. Of course, I chose some tracks of my own that fit within the genre “Cinematic Lofi Music”.
Then search Spotify for similar tracks that fit within my own newly created playlist.
After about an hour of listening to Lofi music, I found the tracks that I think fit very well with my new Cinematic Lofi Music playlist.
Let the plays pour in.
So that was a disappointment.
I know. I’ve made a playlist before. But now to say that it is successful. So making this new playlist was actually against my better judgment.
So I can now wait until I weigh an ounce but extra plays are not coming in. How do I become successful like Kupla. In this way, I come close to it for less than 1 percent. So many times less.
And that is where I am now. What shall I do? What steps should I take now?
Of course, I won’t stop there. I will tell about my Cinematic Lofi Music playlist on Spotify on all my social media channels. And maybe I’ll run an advertising campaign on Facebook, Instagram, and YouTube. Maybe Twitter is a good place to advertise.
I need to grow my playlist, only then will I get more plays. Or are there other ways? Faster, better or that suit me better.
But then the question remains: How do many of the artists who have Lofi music on Spotify get so many plays? Kupla is definitely one of my favorites.
